AS welcomes new legislative analyst!

As the 2012 Generally Assembly session starts to heat up in Rhode Island, our government relations team has brought on a new addition, Amanda Clarke, who will focus on legislation analysis.

Amanda is coming to us from United Way of Rhode Island, where she provided staff support for community investment and public policy initiatives, monitored legislation, and conducted concentrated research as a project manager in the Community Investment department. Amanda is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and her Master’s degree in Public Administration.

When asked why she decided to make the switch over to Advocacy Solutions, Amanda replied, “I chose to join the team at AS because I wanted to grow professionally and knew it was an environment with talented people that provide a diverse array of public affairs services.”

On behalf of the entire AS team, welcome, Amanda!
